Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Timeline: We aim to fulfill and deliver all orders within 15 business days from the date of order confirmation.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Abllex Health is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team immediately to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
